As we begin to slowly transition everyone back to our corporate office, we want to reassure everyone that the wellbeing of you, your coworkers, and family are our top priority. We have taken a very cautious and conservative approach and a lot of thought has gone into making sure we have the necessary items in place to ensure the gradual return happens smoothly and safely. In order to do so, we will need everyone to do their part in keeping each other safe, which includes abiding by various safety guidelines outlined below.
Prevention is key.
The goal of this is to prepare you for what returning to the corporate office will be like, so you are comfortable and informed on what our new normal will look like. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and make adjustments to policies, procedures and preventative measures in place as needed.
We are so excited to get our work family back together in this wonderful facility in the near future.
Return to Work Latest Update
Our tentative return to work date is set for Monday, January 25, 2021
If we see a negative impact to the improved revenue numbers that are slowly coming back or we feel we have an individual or department that would benefit from working at headquarters we will take those necessary actions to return people/ teams to a corporate work setting immediately.
We will continue to closely monitor and evaluate the impacts and risk levels of COVID-19 within our local area and provide updates as new developments occur.
You are more than welcome to return on-site if you feel comfortable doing so in the meantime. If you would like to return to work, please notify your supervisor who will work with IT and Jody Baker to get a return to work date arranged. You will also need to complete an
annLeo Corporate COVID-19 Self-Assessment form prior to returning, which is outlined in the next section.
Once you arrive to the office, making your way to your desk will take a little longer than it did before. We have put precautionary items in place to help mitigate the potential for exposure here in the office. Please plan accordingly to ensure you can still effectively begin your day at the required start time. Below is what you can expect:
Limited Entrances | You may enter the building through limited entrances. OnBoarding teams may enter through the 1st floor doors below the balcony and off OnBoarding production. All other departments are required to enter on the second floor through the main lobby entrance using the stairs or ramp.
Temperature Checks | All employees will have their temperature taken via touchless thermometers upon entrance by a skilled healthcare experienced individual, who is wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
If a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher is present (in accordance with the CDC recommendations), you will be sent home until you are cleared to come back to work following resolution of symptoms, the illness resolves and/or the illness is confirmed negative COVID-19. If an employee has a temperature of 99.5 degrees or higher, but less than 100.4 degrees, a skilled healthcare experienced individual will retest your temperature between 11am-1pm to ensure the fever is not progressing.
Sign-in | Once your temperature has been taken and you are cleared to begin your workday, you will be required to sign next to your name on a sign-in sheet, as directed by the healthcare experienced individual.
Please ensure you are adhering to the above items if you visit the office anytime in the interim. We ask that you set up an appointment prior to visiting with Jodi Bunde if you are entering off OnBoarding or Zach Myer if you are entering through the main entrance.
Please do not come to work if you are sick. If you are not able to come into work due to personal illness, or you need to tend to an ill immediate family member, your absence will not be recorded as an attendance occurrence on your record. We want to ensure you take the appropriate measures to get yourself and your family member healthy as well as mitigate the risk of exposure to other GrapeTree team members.
This exception will continue to apply until further notice.
Mask Policy and Procedure
One mask will be provided to each employee upon entering the building as employees begin to return to work. You may also supply your own mask; however, vent masks are not allowed.
Masks are expected to be worn at all times while away from your desk. You may remove the masks during meal breaks but must adhere to social distancing of 6+ feet away.

Social distancing is very important as it is intended to prevent the spread by maintaining a physical distance between people and reducing the number of times people come into close contact with each other.
To properly practice social distancing:
- Keep at least six (6) feet of distance between yourself and others
- Do not gather in groups
You will see signs posted around the office as reminders.
To help maintain a safe and clean environment, we have increased our cleaning efforts within the building. We need you to do your part as well to help us keep all areas clean.
- Employees are required to clean and disinfect their desk and frequently touched surfaces daily (phones, keyboards, mouse, cell phones, etc.). Leadership will have disinfectant wipes readily available for you to do so.
Please practice these every day preventative measures to help combat the potential spread of the coronavirus within our office.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least twenty (20) seconds
- If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and throw the tissue in the trash and immediately wash your hands. If a tissue is not available, cough/sneeze into the inside of your elbow.
Gym | Due to the size of the gym, there is a four (4) person limit. Equipment has been appropriately marked off limits to ensure social distancing. If you are working our in close vicinity to another gym user, masks should be worn. Please also ensure all equipment is sanitized before and after use.
Drinking fountains | All drinking fountain spouts have been blocked off to ensure there is no contact with the water fountain.
Signs have been posted as a reminder. Please read before utilizing the water fountains.
Elevators | Only one (1) person should occupy an elevator at a time. Signs have been posted as a reminder. Avoid touching the walls in the elevators and take the stairs when you can.
Stairways | Pass each other on the landing to maintain social distancing and avoid touching the hand railings with bare hands.
Restrooms | Wash your hands for at least twenty (20) seconds before leaving the restroom. Hand-washing tips and technique
signs have been posted around the office and in each restroom.
Lunch and Breaks
You will notice that the break and lunch areas have limited seating available. Please do not adjust the seating.
Plexiglass barriers have been installed in the break/lunch areas on the tables to assist in preventing the spread of any germs and virus during break times and while eating.
- Please wipe down lunch/break areas after using any tables, chairs etc.
Mental Health | During this time of great uncertainty, we are taking the important measures to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, but your mental health is just as important. This link provides some information and resources to ensure you are making your mental health a top priority as well.
Illness | We have healthcare experienced individuals who are available to take temperature checks if you are feeling ill at any point throughout the day. Please contact one of the three listed below if necessary:
